📈 In 2023, we have expanded significantly: we opened new areas of work and delved into interesting projects. Every day was filled with new knowledge and experience.
🤝 Becoming official partners of leading CRM and ERP systems is a great achievement for us. It opened new opportunities and confirmed the quality of our work.
🌐 We are proud to have won a tender to build a website for the Argentine Chamber of Commerce in Armenia and successfully automated a dozen companies. These projects were important steps in our development.
🖥 In 2023, we developed and launched more than 20 websites for SMEs from Armenia, Russia, Kazakhstan, France and the USA. Each project was a unique challenge and we were happy to take it on.
🤖 Innovations: AI and Chatbots. Over the past year, we have also been actively innovating in the area of artificial intelligence and chatbots. Our team developed and successfully integrated several unique chatbots, including voice chatbots, to enable better customer interactions with our customers' customers.
🌐 One of the most significant projects is the implementation of ChatGPT. This advanced AI-based solution automates communication with customers, providing them with information and support at the highest level.
